3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be completed before order processing.

4. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

১. শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট এবং পরিষেবা অ্যাক্সেস বা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত হন। যদি আপনি একমত না হন, অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করবেন না।

২. পরিষেবা ব্যবহার

আপনি কেবলমাত্র এই শর্তাবলী এবং প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিধিমালার অনুসরণে আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে ঘটা সকল কার্যক্রমের জন্য আপনি দায়ী।

৩. অর্ডার এবং পেমেন্ট

সমস্ত অর্ডার গ্রহণযোগ্যতা এবং পণ্যের উপলব্ধতার উপর নির্ভর করে। আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণের আগে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।

৪. রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড

ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যেতে পারে। পরিদর্শনের পর ৫–৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হবে।

৫. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

আমাদের পরিষেবা বা পণ্য ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক বা ফলত ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।

৬. শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন

আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট করতে পারি। পরিবর্তনের পরও পরিষেবা ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে সংশোধিত শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ করা হবে।
